The error code with the failed update is 80070643.
I have run the WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.exe tool and it is confirms there is an issue with the update but was not able to fix.
Based on Microsoft's suggestion for this error, I've tried uninstalling Microsoft .net framework, rebooting and running the update again, but no luck. I'm not sure what to do next.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
